buuut...there are six pillars right? But so far each of them has a sin attached to them (greed, envy, lust) and aren't there seven of them?

Not money wise. Greed-ful more in a way to possess more of power. Wisdom can come with a fault.
Its said there isn't a true definition for it, but the closest would be: excessive desire to acquire or possess more than one needs or deserves. So it doesn't necessarily mean wealth.
